How do I delete my account and data?

Open Simplidex and go to Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile, contact fields, imported contacts, connections, and profile photo.

Does Simplidex sell my data or show ads?

No. Simplidex does not sell your personal information, show ads, or collect your location.

How do invite links work?

When someone shares an invite link, opening it on your phone launches Simplidex so you can connect. If you don’t have the app yet, you’ll be sent to the App Store or Google Play.

I’m having trouble with the app. What should I do?

Email us using the address below with your device model and OS version, and a short description of the issue.
